Level Access, the leaders of digital accessibility, is seeking someone like you to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an addition for our Product team! As a Program Manager you will drive success in our Beta Program. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying qualified candidates for Research, Beta, Tech Trial and/or Pilot, providing seamless support, overseeing feature delivery, and championing Beta processes. Be part of shaping our products for success!

Responsibilities:

  • Working in our celebrated, and best in class Product team, supporting our existing Beta Program which includes:

- Identify and secure qualified candidates for Research, Beta, Tech Trial and/or Pilot

- Provide continuity with phone or virtual meeting support, for critical issues during an active Beta

- Own and run the delivery of a feature or release to LA customers

- Manage feature flags in a pre-prod environment(early access) and production environment (beta)

- Thoroughly record issues and prepare findings, reports, conclusions, and recommendations to share with the project teams

  • Assess, prioritize, troubleshoot and communicate critical issues, seeking an appropriate resolution
  • Create, document, and complete Beta Test plans for Product owned features
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate Beta activities and timelines
  • Be actively involved to gather and document User Experience feedback
  • Connect regularly with Beta and internal customers to ensure ongoing execution success in their use of features under validation and/or the latest build
  • Review product requirements to provide timely and meaningful feedback on the usability and rollout of a feature
  • Lead Early Access Testing to ensure inter-organizational alignment and readiness for new features and products
  • Develop, implement, and champion Beta processes within Product and across the company
  • During downtime, support the Product team by triaging issues from our Customer Success partners
  • Continually evolve and curate insights from Voice of the Customer program

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a software product company in Product, Customer Success, Technical Support, or equivalent domains in a customer facing capacity.
  • Resourceful & resilient, and are energized in a fast-paced environment, where you can run with minimal guidance, taking personal ownership of your projects.
  • Outstanding experience with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with SaaS products focused on solving problems and delivering excellence .
  • Motivated demeanor with a bias for ownership, accountability and quality throughout
  • A natural self-starter who takes initiative
  • A love for learning – and can learn about a new market segment in days, understand new technologies in hours, and have an appetite for to know about what comes next
  • Enjoy and energized by working with customers.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communications talents, conveying important ideas clearly, and to listen carefully to the needs and experiences of others

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related subject area
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a product manager or product owner
  • Previous startup experience in a company that is scaling up
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
  • Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
