1) Understand customer's problem and propose possible solutions
2) Pre-sales activity (product explanation, demonstration, technical support)
3) Post-sales activity (HW/SW implementation support, techinical support for trouble)
4) Develop sales channel / reflect in future product planning by working closely with sales department and domestic/foreign stakeholders
