Fully remote - US-based preferred. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for fostering the growth of existing customer relationships and will seek out opportunities to advance our presence within the utilities industry in the US and Canada. As a member of the Strategic Account Team, you will develop new relationships with critical stakeholders, own all aspects of the sales cycle, establish a market presence as a trusted subject matter expert, and deliver revenue growth through the successful closing of deals.

Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for fostering the growth of existing customer relationships and will seek out opportunities to advance our presence within the utilities industry in the US and Canada. As a member of the Strategic Account Team, you will develop new relationships with critical stakeholders, own all aspects of the sales cycle, establish a market presence as a trusted subject matter expert, and deliver revenue growth through the successful closing of deals

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Apply a consultative business approach to build and maintain long-term client relationships through demonstrated knowledge of the utility industry and a deep understanding of the solutions Brillion delivers.

· Foster existing business relationships to identify opportunities to expand the use of Brillion solutions through cross-sales and upselling within existing utility accounts.

· Conceptualize and develop custom solutions, utilizing resources from within our product, engineering and professional services teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers’ needs.

· Generate new business opportunities by effectively managing a sales funnel with scope sufficient to meet quota objectives.

· Work collaboratively with our Legal and Finance teams to facilitate all aspects of contracting and negotiations to ensure that final contracts meet both the customers’ expectations and Brillion’s standards for doing business.

· Utilize and maintain an accurate and timely account of client-facing activity using the company CRM solution (Salesforce.com) and other systems of records.

· Meet quota objectives while accurately forecasting projected sales.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· 5+ years of experience selling enterprise business software and building executive level trust within the utility industry.

  • Proven success in enterprise-level new business acquisition, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of processes and KPIs within the energy efficiency / demand-side management (DSM) space.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.

· Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, and embrace diversity while leveraging internal resources in a team environment.

Salary

$225,000 - $245,000 per year
