📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role supports the day-to-day operations, processes, and systems needs for our Revenue teams. You'll help maintain and optimize our CRM and GTM systems, organize business requirements into actionable tasks, support reporting and data quality, and contribute to projects across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate conversations into clear requirements, assist in project planning, and execute changes directly in Salesforce and related systems/tools.

🔧 Key Responsibilities 💼 Day-to-Day Operations

Be the go-to for day to day CRM needs, including tasks such as: configuration changes, building or altering process automations, managing provisioning needs, page layouts, field changes, deal/data integrity, and more
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and views in Salesforce and related tools
Provide support on operational tools and ensure requests are tracked and completed using JIRA

✍️ Process Documentation & Business Support

Document business requirements, use cases, and meeting notes into structured, clear formats
Help translate discussions into JIRA tickets for changes, Confluence stories for projects, and process outlines
Support internal documentation efforts for systems, SOPs, Policies, and knowledge base articles

📊 Reporting & Insights

Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance teams
Identify inconsistencies in data or metrics and raise for resolution
Work with Revenue Operations Director to track operational KPIs and project progress for transparency to Revenue and leadership teams

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Participate in planning discussions, share observations and ideas
Assist with identifying process improvements and system efficiencies
Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to keep tasks moving and requirements clear

✅ What You Bring

4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Analysis, and/or Salesforce Solution/Admin roles
Strong written and organizational skills (able to structure un-structured information)
Attention to detail, curiosity, and a team-first attitude
An analytical, best-practice, mindset to solving problems
Sound, experienced Salesforce administrator skills (Admin certification a plus)
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks with evolving priorities
