As our newest Learning Experience Designer, you’ll join a collaborative, energetic team working on a variety of exciting, one-of-a-kind projects.

What it’s like to work at Enable:
This is a full-time contract position, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role offer flexible hours—start as early as 7:00 AM or wrap up as late as 7:00 PM, as long as you’re putting in your 40 hours. We do ask that you're available during our core hours of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST, so we can collaborate, meet, and keep things moving smoothly.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Participate in client meetings to scope learning projects based on identified needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis to align strategic learning programs with learner needs.
- Define learning objectives, describe tasks and activities, estimate resource requirements, and create detailed design structures.
- Conduct learner and task analyses, align tasks to learning design plans and recommendations.
- Identify performance outcomes and content delivery strategies, consulting with business owners and subject matter experts.
- Simplify complex, technical processes into logical steps.
- Create instructional materials (e-learning, videos, software tutorials, user guides, job aids, scripts, storyboards, assessments, etc.).
- Design and develop blended and technology-enabled learning solutions.
- Develop technical/software job aids and user guides that are accurate, up-to-date, and formatted using a style guide.
- Coordinate with Learning Experience Design team members on project-by-project basis.
- Influence decisions to incorporate innovative learning experience designs.
- Partner with operations and program leaders to align learning programs with business outcomes.
- Optimize the use of learning technologies for scalability.
- Utilize training evaluation best practices to generate data-driven feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Instructional Design, or at least 5 years of experience as a learning experience designer.
- 5+ years of experience with current learning technologies in a corporate environment.
- 5+ years of experience with adult learning methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience developing with Storyline
- Knowledge of instructional systems design, rapid design/development methodologies, adult learning theory, research methodology, and assessment tools.
- Experience with technical and software topics is an asset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of project management and experience leading and coordinating project activities.
- Certified Performance and Learning Professional (CPLP) or similar industry certification is a plus.
