The Warehouse Coordinator 2 is a hands-on role focused on the daily execution of warehouse operations. This position takes on more ownership of inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving documentation, and SAP transactions than an entry-level coordinator, playing a key part in keeping day-to-day warehouse operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. The role is not built around one specific task — the right person will move comfortably between equipment operation, order fulfillment, and material support as the day's priorities shift.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker) to move, stage, and store inventory.Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels) and coordinate carrier pickups.Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage; document Overages, Shortages & Damages (OS&D) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), escalating for corrective action as needed.Maintain warehouse layout, bin locations, and storage organization to optimize space utilization and product flow.Perform monthly cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies for review and resolution.Maintain bills of material (BOM) for different projects through SAP and prepare outbound deliveries based on the requirement of different BOM’s.Help with light facilities upkeep and minor maintenance tasks around the building as needed.Support basic tool crib activities, such as issuing, tracking, and organizing tools and equipment.Process warehouse transactions (good receipts, transfers, put-a-ways, picks, shipments) accurately and on time using SAP.Run and review basic SAP reports to monitor inventory levels, aging stock, backorders, and order status.Follow and help enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols across daily warehouse activities.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to streamline workflows and reduce errors.Collaborate with material management, sales, and customer service teams to resolve routine warehouse inquiries and support smooth workflow.Proactively communicate operational issues, backlogs, or escalations to the Warehouse Supervisor.Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture grounded in honesty, accountability, growth, and open communication. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics support role.High school diploma or equivalent required.Associate's degree or coursework in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is an asset. Prior exposure to inventory or warehouse systems (SAP or similar ERP) preferred; willingness and aptitude to learn SAP required.Solid working knowledge of core warehouse functions: receiving, put-a-way, picking, packing, and shipping.Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook); comfortable learning new software systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both transactional (SAP) and physical inventory work.Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to guide or train peers.Basic understanding of shipping/receiving documentation; familiarity with OS&D or NCR processes is an asset but not required.Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.Flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, or shifts based on operational and seasonal needs.
