Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Intelex Salesforce Administrator your principal responsibilities will be to:
- Work with the team as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
- Maintain communications with collaborators and end-users to gather requirements and enhance the organizations Salesforce.com business processes
- Train users on sales process automations, workflows, standard methodologies, and tools
- Grow the Salesforce.com Classic/Lightning skills across the organization
- Administer the configuration, standard process, and upgrading of Salesforce 3rd party tools for optimized integration and ensuring the sales teams are equipped with the best in-market tools (Demandbase, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Distribution Engine, Hoopla, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and standard methodologies, including testing, evaluation, and implementation to ensure a modernized system
- Perform Salesforce reporting (SOQL) and SQL queries to identify areas of improvement and anticipate requirements to develop optimization strategies and solutions in the sales process
- Continue the documentation of SFDC processes and automation rules including and not limited to, workflows, process builders, flows and triggers
- Build and document Salesforce declarative applications related and not limited to Sales Cloud business processes and data cleanliness (Process builders, Workflow Rules, etc.)
- Develop and document Apex (Classes and triggers), Lightning components, and Visualforce to use the full capabilities of Salesforce.com
- Ensure that appropriate internal security and privacy levels are correctly in check by assigning permissions and profiles specific to the end users’ roles in alignment to IT SOX.
- Handle all administrative functions including user setup, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks.
- Perform regular data cleanliness tasks using industry standard process.

Technical Competencies
- CRM (ideally Salesforce.com) experience
- A good grasp on object-oriented programming concepts
- Keen interest in developing commonly used industry programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and an OOP language [Java, C#, etc.]
Experience
- A year of working/internship experience preferred but not required
- Experience working in Lightning
- Experience working with FinancialForce (including PSA), Pardot, Gainsight a plus
- Working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience as a developer a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or previous experience in a similar role
