Demand Generation Specialist - PJM Region
Edgecom Energy
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement demand-generation strategies to raise awareness and interest in Edgecom Energy’s products and services.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, events, etc.) to generate quality leads for the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns to measure success, optimize tactics, and improve results.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs, segmenting audiences and delivering targeted content to improve conversion rates and move prospects through the funnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and Energy Market teams to ensure alignment and develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify and understand target audiences, market trends, and best approaches to attract potential leads.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines and coordinate deliverables to meet campaign objectives efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, lead nurturing, or inside sales.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on KPIs.
- Experience in designing and optimizing email nurture campaigns and digital marketing tactics.
- Experience in ABM

The Interview Process
- Stage 1: A 10-15minute Qualifying Phone Call
- Stage 2: A 45-minute Google Meet video call with the Director of Marketing
- Stage 3: A take-home case study followed by a 1-hour presentation of your solution to our Marketing team
- Stage 4: A 45-minute Google Meet video call with a member of our executive team
- Stage 5: Reference Check, Education Verification, Criminal Record Check
