- Social & Video Ownership - Full management of social channels; filming and editing high-quality short-form/long-form video content.
- Podcast: Coordinate episodes, source external guests, post production editing
- Website Management - Perform regular updates to our website (CMS-based), ensuring content is current, SEO/GEO-optimized, and visually aligned with our brand.
- Content Calendar - Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy that integrates social, web, and offline marketing efforts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Brand Asset Management - Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, ensuring all team members have access to the latest templates and logos.
- Expert-level video editing (CapCut/InShot) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with WordPress CMS platforms. Proficient at HTML & CSS. Basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Knowledge of print production (bleed, CMYK vs. RGB, high-res exporting) to ensure brochures look as good on paper as they do on screen is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Certifications or Post-Grad Diplomas in Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint Professional, HubSpot Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Ads, or HubSpot SEO, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification (or similar certifications).
- An online portfolio
- 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on KPIs.
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams to achieve goals.

The Interview Process
- Stage 1: A 10-15minute Qualifying Phone Call
- Stage 2: A 45-minute Google Meet video call with the Director of Marketing
- Stage 3: A take-home case study followed by a brief presentation of your solution to our Marketing team with Q&A
- Stage 4: A 45-minute Google Meet video call with a member of our executive team
- Stage 5: Reference Check, Education Verification, Criminal Record Check
