Warehouse & Logistics Manager EMEAA

Purpose

Organize, manage and coordinate all Warehouse and Logistics operations across the EMEAA region efficiently, cost-effectively and in alignment with the business goals.

Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as development of 11 Warehouse and Logistics employees across the EMEAA region in Germany, Norway and Saudi Arabia
• Plans, coordinates and manages the daily activities of employees to ensure alignment with the regions regarding business goals
• Ensures daily alignment with Workshop and Field Operations Managers in EMEAA region.
• Optimize Warehouse processes, material flows and inventory management.
• Analyze and evaluate 3PL providers and carriers in terms of cost, quality and performance according to business requirements
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade and safety regulations
• Monitors and controls Warehouse performance and Logistics KPIs
• Monitor and execute health and safety aspects within the teams and areas
• Contributes to the budget planning for the EMEAA Warehouse & Logistics departments and manages the approved budget

Requirements

• Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is required
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Willingness to work actively in daily operations is required
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English and German
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, SAP is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Some travel within the EMEAA region as required
