Ecoation has designed and developed an AI robotics platform that evaluates crop health in commercial greenhouses internationally, eliminating the need for mass chemical pesticide usage. We are <span>a growing business and are gearing up our sales efforts t</span>o be able to push our innovative products to market.</p> <p>This means that you will be playing a central role and will be working closely with the CRO, sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams. We are value-driven; we believe in supporting our customers completely, we accomplish great things as a team, we are passionate about enabling a cleaner future for everyone, we act like owners, diversity in all that we do is our strength, success comes because we are great learners, we are persistent and forthright and realistic, and our optimistic nature allows us to take on any challenge.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span>Job Responsibilities: </span></p> <p>● Execute our sales and pricing strategy for new and existing products to meet target goals</p> <p>● Develop a strong base of customers that we can bring value too</p> <p>● Execute the end to end selling process - cold calling, prospecting, and selecting ideal prospects for our platforms, present quotes and follow up with the sales process</p> <p>● Drive the implementation sales pipeline by closing working with marketing and customer success teams</p> <p>● Be part of the day-to-day tasks in the sales department</p> <p>● Research and enrich our potential market awareness and relevant opportunities</p> <p>● Understand market needs and contribute to brand advocacy, closely interact with the customer success team to ensure post sale customer requirements and performance is met.</p> <p>● Represent the company on designated events and trade shows</p> <p><br></p> <p><span>Skills &amp; Experience:</span> You are an achievement oriented individual. You are an entrepreneur at heart and see opportunities where others see limitations, and you would strive to grow further in your role with the company.<br>● Relevant 2 years plus sales experience, preferably in agtech or related industry</p> <p>● Proven track record of high performing sales targets would be a bonus</p> <p>● Understand how to utilize current sales and marketing channels</p> <p>● You are technical and not afraid of working with numbers</p> <p>● Digital native and know how to work with a CRM / ERP system</p> <p>● Have a solid operational experience with B2B sales<br>● Good negotiator.
