urllo is hiring a growth marketing specialist (2–3+ years experience) to help us accelerate customer acquisition. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who has already cut their teeth in startups and is ready to own critical parts of our growth engine. This is a hybrid role, based in Calgary, reporting to the Vice President, Revenue.

Who you are
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in growth, digital marketing, or demand generation in a startup environment
- Proven track record of finding and scaling growth loops that drive customer acquisition and revenue
- An early and eager adopter of AI and agentic tools for marketing and growth (custom GPTs, AirOps, Relay.app, etc.)
- Experience improving SEO and LLM visibility strategies to drive organic traffic
- Familiar with website and landing page CRO to improve conversion rates
- Experience building email nurture flows (newsletters, tips, upsells) and managing CRM hygiene and automation
- Experience planning and executing paid acquisition tests across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, newsletters, podcasts, etc.) is an asset
- Familiar with standard MarTech tools. Experience with our specific tech stack is an asset: SEMrush, Customer.io, Hubspot, Sanity CMS, Apollo.io, Wistia, Mixpanel, GA4, Zapier
- Comfortable collaborating with external partners (freelancers, agencies, vendors)
- Equal parts creative and technical—you can draft a high-converting landing page on Monday, then sanitize CRM data on Tuesday
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll do
- Own SEO and LLM visibility to improve competitive ranking and traffic
- Manage and execute website and landing page CRO experiments to improve conversion rates
- Design and run paid acquisition tests across multiple channels (ads, social, newsletters, podcasts, etc.)
- Build, test, and optimize email nurture campaigns (newsletter, upsell, tips, etc.)
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and continuously improve automation workflows
- Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and vendors to scale growth capacity
- Experiment rapidly with AI-powered tools to accelerate and automate campaigns
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to deliver MQLs and trial starts that drive revenue

- Growth in Search & LLM visibility vs. competitors
- Increases in total website traffic
- Growth in lead magnet signups
- Increases in trial starts
- Conversion of Enterprise MQLs

- Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office expected
