This is an execution-heavy role focused on content creation, distribution and amplification—perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into high-impact digital campaigns and content. This is a hybrid role, based in Calgary, reporting to the Vice President, Revenue.

Who you are
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or demand generation in a startup environment
- An early and eager adopter of AI/agentic tools (custom GPTs, Relay.app, AirOps, etc.) to accelerate content research and production
- Strong experience creating and promoting social and video content that drives impressions and engagement on YouTube, LinkedIn and beyond
- Experience coordinating webinars and podcasts—from booking guests and promoting signups to repurposing content post-event
- Experience collaborating with B2B influencers and thought leaders to co-create digital content
- Skilled at producing lead magnets (whitepapers, webinars, blogs) that generate demand
- Experience with email marketing—building nurture sequences, newsletters and upsell campaigns that engage and convert
- Familiar with content creation tools like Canva, Wistia, Opus Clip, Sanity CMS, etc.)
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple digital campaigns at once
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll do
- Social & video content: Own the social and video strategy, including planning, creating and publishing engaging content and videos content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and beyond
- Lead magnets: Produce high-value content (whitepapers, blogs, guides, webinars) that attracts and nurtures prospects
- Email marketing: Build and optimize newsletters, nurture sequences and upsell campaigns to deepen engagement and drive conversions
- Influencer co-creation: Identify, engage and manage relationships with B2B influencers to co-create digital campaigns and thought leadership content
- Owned webinars series: Build a weekly webinar series featuring high-value guests and educational information (guest booking, promotion, signups, live production and post-event content)
- External speaking & content: research, pitch and coordinate leadership team appearances on external podcasts, webinars, digital conferences, blogs, etc.
- Content repurposing: Turn long-form content (podcasts, webinars, whitepapers, etc.) into snackable social content, clips and blogs to extend reach
Outcomes
Your success will be measured by:
- Growth in impressions, reach and followers
- Growth in video views and engagement
- Growth in lead magnet signups
- Growth in trial starts and MQLs from content
Role specifics
- Permanent, full-time
- Based in Calgary
- Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office expected
- Commencement: October 2025
