What you’ll do
- Serve as our product champion
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to define business outcomes
- Conduct and articulate data analysis and customer/market research
- Translate business outcomes & customer/market research to technical product requirements
- Collaborate with design and development to deliver performant products
- Lead development cycles / ceremonies
- Be the go-to person for product decisions, engaging other internal stakeholders where necessary
- Conduct QA/UAT
- Manage non-product (such as internal business improvement or outsourced development) projects, as required
- Oversee sub-contractors, managing scope, schedule, budget, as required

Experience
- Required
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS as a product owner, product manager, project manager, business analyst or similar
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to work in a highly technical domain with technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with a proficiency in business-oriented English
- Tools: Atlassian (Jira and affiliated tools), miro, video transcription and data summary / analysis tools
- Valuable
- First-hand computer science / software development experience
- PMP, or similar, designation
- Understanding of DNS, edge/CDN infrastructure and/or UX/UI
- Tools: AI tools, Figma, MixPanel, Chargebee
