Role Description

Drop Mobility is looking for a highly motivated Growth Coordinator to support the expansion of our micromobility programs across North America.

Working closely with the Growth and leadership teams, this role will help coordinate government and private opportunities from initial research through proposal submission. The Growth Coordinator will manage proposal materials, maintain accurate opportunity records, support government procurement processes, and ensure the team has the information and collateral needed to pursue new markets effectively.

This is an ideal role for someone who is a strong writer, an excellent project coordinator, highly organised and interested in working at the intersection of transportation, technology, sustainability, and government.

Key Responsibilities

Proposals and Procurement

  • Monitor government procurement portals and identify relevant requests for proposals, requests for information, tenders, grants, and other public-sector opportunities.
  • Coordinate proposal and bid submissions, including timelines, required documentation, internal reviews, approvals, and signatures.
  • Support the completion of government forms, vendor registrations, compliance documents, and procurement questionnaires.
  • Work with internal teams to collect operational, technical, financial, insurance, and legal information required for submissions.
  • Review proposal packages for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with submission requirements.
  • Create, update, and organize pitch decks, capability statements, case studies, proposal templates, project profiles, and other growth materials.
  • Maintain a centralized library of company qualifications, standard responses, statistics, references, project examples, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain a calendar of submission deadlines, interviews, presentations, renewals, and other growth-related milestones.
  • Maintain accounts and company information across government procurement and vendor-registration platforms.
  • Track the status of active opportunities and provide regular updates to the Growth team.
  • Partnership Support

  • Research prospective cities, transit agencies, universities, public institutions, and other potential partners.
  • Assist with the development of partnerships that may support or complement public bikeshare programs, including universities, major employers, sponsors, developers, and community organizations.
  • Support the preparation of partnership proposals, sponsorship materials, and program information.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, contact, and activity records in the company’s CRM and growth-tracking systems.
  • What You Bring

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, proposal coordination, government procurement, sales operations, marketing, account coordination, or a related role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and contributors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and presentation.
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), project-management, or opportunity-tracking tools.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across operations, finance, legal, product, and leadership.
  • Interest in cities, transportation, sustainability, or government services is a plus
  • Proficiency with presentation and document-design tools such as Canva, Keynote, and/or Pages is preferred.
