About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our fast-growing company and lead our revenue operations team. You will be responsible for revenue forecasting, reporting, and analysis, and ensure alignment and collaboration across the revenue-generating teams. This includes optimizing the processes, systems, and tools that support our business development, sales, marketing, and customer success functions. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the executive leadership team.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute the revenue operations strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's vision and goals
  • Lead the revenue forecasting, planning, and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to optimize revenue performance and growth
  • Understand all actionable revenue team data and identify areas for improvement along with insights and recommendations to increase efficiency
  • Partner with cross functional teams including finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Partner with finance and revenue leaders to create budget and annual targets across the revenue organization, maintaining monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key revenue metrics and trends
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration among the revenue-generating teams, as well as with Finance, Operations, Product, and other teams
  • Identify and implement revenue operations best practices and benchmarks, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue operations initiatives
  • Establish and maintain best practices for revenue operations processes, systems, and tools, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Work closely with Enterprise Services on cross functional projects and initiatives as the revenue organization business process owner.
  • Partner with business development, sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and provide solutions and support to enable their success
  • Manage and develop the RevOps team, providing coaching, feedback, and career guidance
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in revenue operations, and evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance revenue operations capabilities

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in financial planning, modeling and forecasting is a requirement of the role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing revenue operations teams
  • Expertise in revenue operations processes, systems, and tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, revenue attribution, and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for revenue operations and growth
