The Adventure Ahead 🚀

As our Senior Manager, Communications & Social, you're the voice behind how Docebo shows up in the market, the media, and the world. You'll own the relationships, the channels, and the stories that build Docebo's reputation and extend our reach beyond what paid and owned content can do alone.

This is a broad scope role spanning PR, executive voice, and social. This role is built for someone who thinks in systems as much as stories. You won’t just use AI to move faster. You’ll design workflows around it: for social planning and scheduling, executive content production, media monitoring, and more. You'll work closely with the content team, our agency partners, and Docebo's wider Marketing team to make sure our external presence is consistent, credible, and impossible to ignore.

The Day-to-Day 📅

• Master the Social Sphere: Architect a high-octane social media strategy across all channels, defining a consistent, personality-driven brand presence that turns followers into fans.

• Direct the Narrative: Manage and lead our PR agency partners with precision, setting bold agendas and ensuring every media engagement cements our leadership as the definitive authority on AI.

• Elevate Executive Voices: Shape the stories and platforms for our leadership team, turning our executives into industry icons whose insights land in the world’s most influential publications.

• Engineer AI Workflows: Design and deploy cutting-edge AI systems for social planning and content production, scaling our output while keeping our quality and voice elite.

• Shield the Brand: Lead the charge on crisis communications with a calm, fast-acting strategy that protects our reputation when the stakes are at their highest.

• Mobilize Advocates: Fuel our influencer and employee advocacy programs, turning internal voices and industry experts into a synchronized army of brand champions.

• Analyze the Impact: Rigorously track share of voice and competitive data, translating complex media metrics into strategic moves that keep us miles ahead of the competition.

• Align the Internal Pulse: Support internal communications to ensure our leadership's vision resonates clearly and consistently with every Docebo employee.
