About the Opportunity:
The Group Product Manager, Admin Experience is a director-level product leader responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end admin experience across Docebo’s ecosystem. This role owns the vision and execution for how administrators configure, manage and automate processes, ensuring a cohesive and scalable admin experience across all key capability areas - including:
Identity & Access Management
Learning configuration & delivery framework
Ecommerce
Automation & Notification Engines
Extended Enterprise (Multi-domain governance)
Managing a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, this leader sets strategy, drives cross-functional execution, and ensures that an admin-first mindset is consistently applied across domains that both do and do not report directly into their org. The role is accountable for adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and business impact accross all admin-facing surfaces, while supporting North Star metrics and KPIs for each product area under their remit.
This is a highly visible role partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Intelligence, AI and Go-to-Market teams to make Docebo the most intuitive, scalable, and intelligent learning platform for administrators worldwide.
Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to
Own the Admin Experience strategy
Define and continuously refine a coherent strategy for the admin experience across all key capability areas (Identity & Access Management, Learning configuration & delivery framework, Ecommerce, Automation & Notification Engines, Extended Enterprise) ensuring each surface reinforces a unified admin-first vision.Lead and Develop a High-Performing Product Team
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, providing clear outcomes, coaching, and career growth. Ensure the team operates as a cohesive group that shares standards, tools, and practices for discovery, experimentation, and delivery.Act as the single-threaded leader for Admin Experience across Docebo
While directly owning specific domains (Identity & Access Management, Learning configuration & delivery framework, Ecommerce, Automation & Notification Engines, Extended Enterprise) act as the overall steward for admin experience quality across the entire Docebo platform, including areas that report into other product lines or leaders.Drive adoption, engagement for key admin surfaces
Define and own targets for adoption and active usage of admin-facing experiences, partnering with other product leaders where needed.Own admin satisfaction and qualitative understanding of experience quality
Establish and maintain mechanisms (NPS, CSAT, usability testing, interviews, community feedback) to measure admin satisfaction and sentiment across surfaces. Ensure insights are systematically translated into roadmap decisions and design improvements.Ensure cross-surface consistency and quality
Partner with Content, Intelligence and Learner Experience teams to deliver a consistent, modern, and accessible admin interface, covering navigation patterns, visual language, interaction models, and core behaviours (e.g., how admin create a course, enroll learners, set notifications…).Align admin experience with AI and intelligence strategy
Collaborate with Data and AI teams to embed AI into the administators experience in ways that are contextual, trustworthy, and measurable.-
Guide roadmaps for core admin domains
Own and coordinate multi-quarter roadmaps for core admin domains such as:Admin experience and navigation
Identity & Access Management and User governance
Learning configuration & delivery framework
Ecommerce
Automation & Notification Engines
Extended Enterprise
Ensure that these roadmaps are sequenced to deliver compounding value, reduce fragmentation, and support platform-wide objectives.
Support and extend North Star metrics and KPIs for each team
Partner with each PM/PO in the group to define clear North Stars and supporting KPIs (e.g. activation/adoption for specific surfaces), and hold the team accountable for learning, experimentation, and delivery against those goals.Champion discovery, experimentation, and design excellence
Set expectations and frameworks for continuous discovery, experiment design, and UX quality within the Administrator Experience group. Partner closely with Design leadership to secure appropriate design capacity and to uphold high standards for interaction and visual design.Drive cross-functional alignment and communication
Act as the primary product counterpart for Engineering Managers, Design Leads, and cross-functional partners (e.g., CX, Sales, Support, Marketing) in all matters related to the admin experience. Provide clear communication on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes to both executive and frontline stakeholders.Represent Docebo’s admin experience internally and externally
Serve as a visible evangelist for the admin strategy with executives, customers, partners, and at select external events. Translate complex product direction into clear narratives that support sales, customer success, and partner enablement.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
8–10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
3+ years in a formal product leadership role, guiding a group of Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
Experience with learner-facing or consumer-like experiences (e.g., learning platforms, HR tech, productivity tools, or other engagement-centric products).
Exposure to AI-powered user experiences such as search, recommendations, or assistants, and an understanding of how to apply them responsibly and measurably in product contexts.
Experience with Identity Management (SSO, authentication) and/or e-commerce systems is a plus.
Comfortable working with data tooling and analytics to define, track, and act on product metrics.
