What You’ll Focus on
- Operations & Systems – You’re the glue that keeps it all together
- Be the ultimate Ashby ATS pro—implement, own, and continuously improve our TA tech stack to keep things running like a well-oiled machine
- Streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and make life easier for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners
- Build slick documentation, clear SOPs, and intuitive training programs so everyone’s in the know
- Troubleshoot like a champ and keep approvals, requisitions, and audits in check
- Keep our processes compliant, consistent, and scalable
- Create and manage dashboards and reports that go beyond the basics—turn data into action
- Collaborate with Finance and the VP of TA to shape hiring forecasts, workforce plans, and capacity modelling
- Handle ad hoc reporting like a pro—from board updates to open req reports—your wizardry knows no limits
- Partner with Marketing, Employee Success, and TA leaders to craft campaigns that tell Docebo’s story and attract top talent across the globe
- Build, refresh and keep our career site and recruitment content fresh, fun, and on-brand
- Track what’s working, what’s not, and optimize for impact—because good vibes + great results = win
- Be the bridge between HR, Finance, and business leaders—aligning processes with company goals
- Manage vendor partnerships, purchase orders, and contracts like a boss
- Handle requisition changes, budget alignment, and hiring plan updates with precision
- Lead the charge on high-impact TA initiatives—from interview redesigns to tech rollouts
- Keep timelines tight, stakeholders engaged, and change smooth and sticky
- Drive programs from idea to reality and measure what matters
- Provide operational superpowers to recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs
- Manage referral bonuses and make sure documentation is clean and compliant
- Keep our TA toolkit sharp—up-to-date offer letters, templates, training guides, and dashboards included
What Skills You’ll Bring to this Role

- You’ve Been there, Done that and Ideally want to do some things differently – You’ve got 7+ years of Talent Acquisition Ops experience, in a fast-moving SaaS or high-growth tech company environment. Scaling lots of divergent processes into a smoothly operating and well oiled machine? You’ve done it before—and you’re ready (and excited!) to do it again.
- ATS? More Like BFF. You don’t just use an ATS—you own it. You’ve optimized them, implemented them (bonus points if you’ve done it with Ashby), and turned clunky workflows into silky-smooth recruiting magic.
- Brand Storyteller Meets Strategic Collaborator - You’ve got a keen eye for recruitment marketing and employer branding—and you know how to work across teams to bring it all to life. You love telling stories, evangelizing about Docebo’s mission and inviting candidates into Docebo through this work.
- Data Is Your Love Language - Dashboards, metrics, insights—you see the story behind the numbers and use it to influence TA strategy, unlock recruiter efficiency and make great decisions like a boss.
- Workforce Planning Ninja - Headcount forecasting, capacity planning, partnering with Finance—you know how to align hiring goals with internal stakeholders to manage our hiring plans without breaking a sweat.
- Project Manager & Change Champion - You’ve led cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion, navigating change management with a mix of strategy, structure, and a whole lot of get-it-done energy. You are deeply organized, an incredible communicator, experienced in leading cross functional teams to build and deliver exceptional candidate and new hire programs. (Bonus: You’ve led the rebuild and redesign of Onboarding Programs and have stories to tell us about it!)
- Tech-Savvy & AI Innovation-Curious - You have experience with AI-powered recruiting tools and have implemented emerging tech trends to change up the status quo—you're always looking for smarter, faster ways to level up the TA game.
