- Build and scale high-performing BD, AD and Inside Sales teams globally, in key regions, to drive pipeline growth and market expansion.
- Set clear goals and expectations for global teams, regularly evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive global team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and accountability across all organizational levels.
- Develop and implement structured career paths for teams worldwide, partnering with enablement and regional leadership to support professional growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to align global business development strategies with overall company goals and maximize market penetration.
- Oversee and maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics across regions, using data-driven insights to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze global sales data and market trends to refine strategies, optimize team performance, and recommend actionable solutions to leadership.
- Develop and manage budgets for global business development initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve objectives.
- Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management, leveraging insights to support decision-making and drive global business growth.

Education and Experience:
- 14+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship and career progression.
- Strong track record of driving pipeline growth and developing successful go-to-market strategies across regions.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales leaders in international markets such as EMEA.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in using sales tools and CRM platforms to drive results.
