About This Opportunity:
The Associate Solutions Consultant is a dynamic role within the Solutions Engineering job family. It is an excellent gateway opportunity to start your career as a Pre-sales consultant in a world-leading software organization. As an Associate Solutions Consultants (ASCs), you will provide support to the Solutions Engineering team via a combination of tasks related to internal process improvements, as well as external/deal specific projects.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for technology and enjoys working with people in a fast paced environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Solutions Consulting team to prepare and deliver best in class product demos, update and maintain our toolstack, including our Master Demo platform, RFX knowledge base and other essential technologies.
You will track and empower the solutions team’s progress across multi-month spanning projects that affect all of Docebo. Through your interactions with the Solutions Team and our customers, you will become an expert of Docebo’s software, processes, and strategy.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:
- Internal Process Improvement Projects; such as the ongoing maintenance of Solutions Consulting’s Master Demo platform, Internal documentation and RFX Knowledge library.
- External/Client Facing Project; such as assisting Docebo’s Solutions Engineering team with requirements gathering, RFP responses, demo builds, trial check-ins and solutions blueprints.
As part of this role, you will learn to:
- Become a trusted advisor to all levels within the prospective customer organization from CEOs, to Developers, to Learning & Development Directors
- Be a responsive and creative member of cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) and provide value internally to our sales and solutioning teams as well as to our prospective customers
- Be process driven, understand the learning technology industry, and be able to explain the product in the context of real usage
- Understand our solutions and become a pro at describing our products to prospects, addressing promptly every question they may have surrounding our technology
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers
- Plan and configure products to meet presentation needs, as well as deliver on product demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
You already have:
- A positive attitude, intrinsic motivation, accountability, and a performance orientation.
- Interest in the LMS and Training & Development industry
- Career goal to become a Solutions Consultant
- Experience managing multiple complex projects to completion
- Comfort working directly with customers
- Ability and interest in understanding Docebo processes and business drivers, both within the Solutions Engineering organization and across related teams (Proposals, Sales, Post-sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Product)
- Proficiency in office automation suites (Google Suite, Microsoft Office), experience with typical knowledge and document management platforms (Confluence, Sharepoint)
- Beginner understanding of HTML, CSS, design skills, basic experience with image and video processing tools
- Familiarity with APIs, Webhooks and other integration technologies at a high level
- Ability to travel to Canada & United States
