- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Executives and Strategic Account Managers to exceed revenue targets in the large enterprise segment.
- Hire, onboard, coach, develop, and retain top enterprise sales talent with a focus on strategic, consultative selling.
- Drive pipeline generation and growth by developing and executing account-based selling strategies targeting Fortune 1000 and global enterprise organizations.
- Guide team members through long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and rigorous procurement processes.
- Maintain and evolve a scalable enterprise sales playbook that reflects best practices, vertical-specific approaches, and evolving buyer needs.
- Present tailored, data-driven business cases to C-level executives and procurement stakeholders in large organizations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to build targeted ABM campaigns and refine enterprise lead generation efforts.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and expansion strategies.
- Champion knowledge sharing, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment across global teams.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression within enterprise accounts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success selling into large enterprise and/or global accounts with multi-million dollar deal sizes.
- The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, enterprise selling expertise, and team leadership
- Experience in HR and Learning Technologies is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university or equivalent practical knowledge.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise customer bases while consistently exceeding quota.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using data and insights to guide deal strategy and team performance.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 60%.
