- Prospect-branded demos: build customized demo environments that reflect the brand, tone, and aesthetic of each prospect to enhance the relevance and impact of sales conversations.
- Front-End Development: Use HTML and CSS to design and develop visually engaging landing pages and user interfaces that highlight Docebo's unique strengths.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Consultants to understand prospect needs and co-create demo experiences that directly support sales objectives.
- Improvement Roadmap: Collaborate with Solutions Consulting leadership to define, manage, and execute an improvement roadmap for the master demo platform, ensuring it evolves to meet internal and market needs.
- Visual Consistency: Ensure demo assets align with Docebo’s brand standards while flexibly adapting to a variety of external brand styles.
- Strategic Impact: Support the sales cycle by making our demos stand out from competitors—showcasing our platform in the most compelling, differentiated way possible.
- Business Value: Build experiences that bridge the gap between design and business value, making it easier for prospects to see how Docebo solves real-world problems.
What it takes to be successful:
- To be successful as a Solution Designer, you should blend creative design sensibility with front-end development skills and a strong sense of partnership with the sales team. You’ll need to work quickly and creatively, bringing a strategic mindset to every project and a relentless focus on helping Docebo stand out in a competitive market. Curiosity about emerging technologies—especially artificial intelligence—and a desire to integrate them into storytelling and design is a big plus. Flexibility, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential.
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in front-end development, web design, or similar roles—preferably in a SaaS or B2B setting.
- Degree: B.A. or B.S. in a related field (Design, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS is key. Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Design Skills: Strong eye for UI/UX and brand storytelling; experience adapting to different brand guidelines and design languages.
- AI Awareness: Familiarity with AI technologies and tools, with an interest in incorporating them into demo design or automation.
- Persona Development: Ability to segment the users of the Docebo platform and identify needs of each audience.
- Sales Alignment: Previous experience working with pre-sales, sales, or marketing teams to support business goals is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Business Tools: Comfort using platforms such as Asana, Figma/Figjam, Codepen, Slack, the Google suite.
