About This Opportunity:
As a team lead, you are a BDR role model who is expected to motivate and represent the team and at the same time you’re given the opportunity of entering and supporting your leadership. As a top performer chosen to buddy other BDRs and represent your team, you are expected to have perfected your craft. At your elevated skill level, you should successfully meet or exceed your SQO and SAL quota. You are the representation of the BD values and have a positive mentality and focus on solutions; you love motivating other people and think team first.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in specific onboarding sessions for new BDRs (upon coordination with manager and enablement).
  • Be the go-to-person/or buddy post-onboarding for new BDRs: practical examples include shadowing and solving daily questions post onboarding, “how to’s” “I forgot how to search for x”, tech walk through, doubts after meetings etc.
  • Host peer to peer sessions upon team needs (example: specific role plays for inbounds, email crafting, coordinated with manager and enablement).
  • Ensure consistent, daily responsiveness through team slack channel.
  • Encourage LinkedIn activity through likes, comments and posts that support the company, employees, and creating an overall brand/presence online.
  • Provide feedback about processes and workflows to BD leadership, based on yours and the teams’ observations.
  • Help on creating and ideating new sequences; proofread in local language.
  • Pioneering yours and everyone’s ideas: for example A/B test new workflows and processes, sequences, templates & snippets, GTM plays, outbound strategies, scripts and talk tracks, enablement initiatives, etc.

Requirements:

  • Exemplary performance as a BDR, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on team success.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for motivating others.
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
  • Proactive in providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Creative and innovative in developing and testing new ideas and strategies.
  • This role not only allows you to lead by example but also offers ample opportunities for personal growth and career advancement within the organization. You will have a direct line to senior leadership and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the team and beyond.
