We are looking for a good human, with some recruitment experience, to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is a 6 month contract, to cover a leave. This high-impact role works across roles globally by partnering with the TA team to effectively source, recruit and fulfill hiring needs for Docebo. You’ll have the chance to recruit in the US, Canada, and EMEA in this global opportunity. This role will be a combination of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing, as well as coordination/administrative tasks to support our TA team. We are a highly-driven, creative, and super fun team who works in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment. What will you be doing?
- Partner with the global TA team on sourcing and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for internal and external requisitions.
- Provide support on candidate funneling, pipelining and sourcing for roles globally.
- Screen, interview and maintain relationships with job applicants that are in the recruitment process. We aim for a best-in-class candidate experience!
- Coordinate, schedule and manage the offer process between candidates and hiring managers, and provide additional scheduling/coordination support to TA team members as needed.
- Maintain and monitor our ATS Lever regularly to ensure pipeline/candidate management and all administrative tasks are up-to-date
- Create all talent communications regarding offer letters, promotion letters, and pre-employment requirements.
- Keep current, and stay on top of recruiting, sourcing, hiring, and retention trends.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition and HR Teams with other projects as needed

What do you need to have?
- Best-in-class recruitment style, with solutions focused mindset.
- 3+ years’ of experience in a high volume recruitment role in a corporate or agency setting, SaaS experience preferred but not required
- Technical recruiting experience and ability to source tech talent.
- Sourcing Sleuth! You will know how to find and engage top passive talent.
- Previous experience using an ATS similar to Lever
- Experience with sourcing using boolean and keyword searches on LinkedIn
- You are a hustler who has a get it done mentality
- Extremely tech/digitally savvy - able to work with multiple platforms which include Google Suite, Slack and LinkedIn
- Strong communicator who is self-driven and innovative
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency.
