We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Total Rewards Specialist (focus on compensation) to join the Total Rewards and HR Operations team at Docebo for an 18 month temporary position.

We have offices in multiple locations around the globe and this role will help shape the global philosophy and deliver the global benefits and retirement programs to all Docebians. This role works closely with managers, employees and different internal and external partners in the delivery of the total rewards programs with a focus on compensation, sales compensation and incentive plans.
