We’re looking for a revenue-driven marketer to join as a Regional Marketing Manager for our France and Benelux region. This important role owns the pipeline performance of one of our strategic regions, crafting and executing marketing programs to drive demand.
You’re digital savvy, enjoy doing strategic work and also getting in the weeds. You build bridges among key stakeholders and by doing this role right, become the glue that holds global marketing, regional marketing, and regional sales together.

Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning & Execution: Creating a strategic localised integrated revenue marketing plan. Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support and are in line with the regional sales strategy.
  • Digital Ownership: Own web performance for the FNB region, you advocate with the Global Marketing team for improvements that support conversion paths and optimisations.
  • Regional Marketing Execution: Identify, plan, track and report on the main pipeline drivers for the region, including owned media, co-marketing, digital programs, event strategy, ABM, and email campaigns.
  • Influencer & Co-marketing: You proactively find opportunities to increase Docebo’s share of voice in the region. You spearhead regional influencer marketing, comarketing, and report on contribution to revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the global marketing team teams to localise demand gen, digital, lifecycle programs where possible and needed. You collaborate with channel owners on paid, ABM, and event performance, strategy, and gaps.
  • Regional Insights: Become the go-to person for regional end to end audience understanding: why we win/lose in the region, what is performing well.
  • Social Proof: Help drive and coordinate the creation of customer case studies, success stories.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, within a B2B SaaS organisation
  • Demand savviness: you constantly educate yourself on the way buyers buy today – not 10 years ago. You understand and challenge digital metrics.
  • Clear, eloquent communicator who is fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
  • You know how to use tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.
  • Revenue mindset: you understand what matters to the business (not MQLs) and can roll up your sleeves to execute
  • Prior experience collaborating with sales teams, preferably within SaaS enterprise
  • Experience working closely with global marketing teams to build out and execute regional programs
  • You’re an expert in your field, you need minimal guidance to get projects rolling
