Your role as Project Manager

We are opening a Project Manager position within the ServiceOS team! Reporting to the Project Lead, this role will support the team’s success by driving implementation and performance monitoring in a highly technical, cross-functional, and innovative environment.

The Service OS team

Today, Dialogue’s care delivery model relies heavily on manual coordination, with humans orchestrating a significant portion of the care journey. This stems from choices made during our growth phase, where speed and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) were prioritized. The ServiceOS team was created to build Dialogue’s "operating system," transitioning from manual coordination and member wait times to technology-driven processes that enable a direct-to-care model.

Project Objectives
  • Enhanced Member Experience: Connecting members directly to care and improving our ability to personalize support.
  • Improved Practitioner Experience: Aligning workload with expertise, specifically maximizing time spent with members and on clinical tasks.
  • Cost Reduction: Decreasing operational expenses such as administration and occupancy.
  • Scalability: The ability to grow faster to support new services or experiment with new care delivery models.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the implementation of ServiceOS in collaboration with colleagues across functional teams, including Care Operations and Technology, to meet project requirements and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Implement a process to track time spent by all stakeholders involved to optimize resource capitalization (Jellyfish).
  • Identify clear, measurable indicators to evaluate and track the success of existing programs and new projects, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Study the feasibility and operational impacts of potential program changes with the help of product and program experts within the organization.
  • Ensure project execution adheres to defined timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Manage interdependencies between Technology, Product, Operations, and Clinical workstreams.
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment and ensure transparent reporting.
  • Identify issues and risks, ensuring that owners and deadlines are defined for their resolution.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Project or Program Manager, having managed large-scale cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by influence, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to detail.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks, accompanied by relevant experience in data or business analysis.
  • Experience in a HealthTech environment and/or within an Agile software development organization is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences, with the ability to manage conflict and prioritize essential needs.

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
