Your role as Partnership Enablement Specialist
Reporting to the VP, Partnerships, Valérie Brasseur, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners have everything they need to succeed and grow with Dialogue. As a true "Shackleton" of enablement, you will transform complex strategies into seamless execution, keeping the partner experience at the center of everything you do. You will act with an entrepreneurial spirit to maximize service adoption and network engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Partner Enablement & Onboarding: Design and continuously improve the partner onboarding journey, building a robust library of enablement assets including playbooks, one-pagers, and training materials.
- Communication & Campaign Management: Own dedicated partner communication channels and execute outreach campaigns via HubSpot to drive new partner activation and re-engagement.
- Partner-Facing Project Management: Act as the central point of contact for rolling out new programs, coordinating timelines and deliverables across internal teams (Sales, CS, Product, MedOps) and external partners.
- Reporting, Data & Insights: Produce regular performance reports (KPIs) via Salesforce, maintaining high data integrity and synthesizing partner feedback into actionable insights for leadership.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor virtual care and employee benefit trends to identify opportunities to strengthen Dialogue’s partnership program.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-performing B2B environment (partnerships, customer success, marketing, or operations).
- Proficiency with HubSpot for campaign management and Salesforce for reporting and data management.
- Demonstrated Grit and strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects with accountability.
- Experience creating high-quality professional content and presentations (Canva, Google Workspace).
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of the virtual care, employee benefits, or group insurance industry.
