Your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist (Service Operations)

Reporting to Lisa Marie De Luca, Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to high-volume recruitment for our member-facing operational roles and continuously elevate Dialogue as an employer of choice, all while ensuring compliance with our established policies.

What you'll be doing

  • Immediate Impact: You dive into existing pipelines and start delivering shortlists within your first week.
  • High-Volume Velocity: You maintain a "baseline" of 7-8 quality phone screens per day.
  • Operational Rigor: You manage the full-cycle recruitment process efficiently, ensuring no candidate is left behind in a fast-moving funnel.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as the implementation of new tools, processes, and automation
  • Improve Dialogue’s brand awareness by attending or coordinating hiring and networking events

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume recruitment environment (agency or fast-growing tech/healthcare).
  • Fluency in French is required, as you will be hiring for our operations across all of Canada and Quebec.
  • A proven track record of hitting aggressive hiring targets within fixed timelines.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
  • A high level of autonomy
  • Strong communication skills

    Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
