Your role as Product Marketing Specialist
Reporting to Pallavi Borkar, Product Marketing Manager, you will contribute to developing and executing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our programs and services to our target audiences through market research, compelling messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) enablement.
What you’ll be doing:
Research
- Perform buyer and competitor research (online research, client and win/loss interviews, surveys, etc.) to gather qualitative and quantitative insights
- Consolidate research findings and regularly maintain / update industry insights, client insights newsletters, etc.
- Share key findings with the Product, Strategy, and GTM teams on a regular cadence
Enablement
- Develop a deep understanding of buyer and member pain points as well as Dialogue’s offerings
- Build market-facing assets that communicate the value and benefits of our programs and features to our target audience
- Align with the GTM teams’ needs by gathering feedback on assets and training initiatives
- Support GTM teams by joining presentations and business reviews with clients / prospects
Launches
- Own the planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy for product launches through cross-functional collaboration with the Product, Strategy, Marketing, GTM, and ServiceOps teams
- Develop creative campaigns, messaging, and assets around features, functionality, and new innovation to maximize our reach
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years in marketing with at least 3 years of B2B / B2B2C product marketing experience
- Experience planning and executing product launch campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines in an agile environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfort joining the sales team for pitches - a huge plus!
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
