About the Role

As an Account Executive (AE) at Deeded, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and establishing new partnerships, while nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing partner base. You'll be the face of Deeded to prospective clients in the real estate and mortgage ecosystem—bringing our value proposition to life and ensuring our partners feel supported every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the hunt: Proactively research, identify, and connect with potential partners across the real estate and mortgage landscape.
  • Run killer demos: Deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase how Deeded can improve the closing experience for partners and their clients.
  • Drive partner growth: Build and execute strategies to grow revenue from existing partners and increase product adoption across their businesses.
  • Be a connector: Represent Deeded at industry events and networking opportunities. You’ll be a key player in expanding our presence and visibility in the market.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless partner experience and champion customer-centric thinking.
  • Track and optimize: Use tools like HubSpot to manage your pipeline, track activities, and continuously refine your approach based on insights and performance.
  • Show flexibility: Occasionally do calls or attend events in the evenings and on weekends as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a strong record of net-new acquisition and account growth.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of real estate, mortgage, or legal tech industries is a big plus.
  • A hunter mindset combined with a partner-first mentality—you’re persistent, strategic, and care deeply about building long-term relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you can command a room, run engaging presentations, and make complex ideas simple.
  • High resilience, a solution-first mindset, and the agility to navigate ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Curious and driven—you're hungry to learn, test new ideas, and push beyond your comfort zone.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a bonus.

What Success Looks Like

  • You've hit or exceeded your revenue targets through both new business and growth within existing accounts.
  • You've built trusted relationships with key industry players and are seen as a go-to expert in your space.
  • You’ve played a vital role in expanding Deeded’s footprint across new and existing markets.
  • You’re actively contributing ideas that shape our go-to-market strategy and partner experience.
