Our cutting-edge platform empowers home buyers, home sellers and home owners to close their transaction quickly, seamlessly, and transparently . As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

What You’ll Do:

As an SDR, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for Deeded. Your mission? To ignite interest in our services and fuel our sales pipeline. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  1. Identify Potential Partners:: You’ll be a detective, uncovering hidden gems in the market. Your radar will be finely tuned to spot businesses and individuals who could benefit from our innovative solutions.
  2. Generate New Business Opportunities: Armed with your charm and persistence, you’ll reach out to prospects. Whether it’s through cold-calling, LinkedIn messages, or carrier pigeons (just kidding!), you’ll create buzz around Deeded.
  3. Qualify and Connect: You won’t just make introductions; you’ll build relationships. By understanding their needs, pain points, and aspirations, you’ll qualify leads and connect them with the right salesperson.
  4. Navigate the Sales Pipeline: Like a skilled sailor, you’ll steer leads through the choppy waters of our sales pipeline. Setting appointments, following up, and ensuring progress toward sales goals will be your compass.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Team: You’re not a lone wolf. You’ll work closely with our seasoned sales team. Together, you’ll strategize, share insights, and celebrate victories.

This role will be based at our Etobicoke offer (near Pearson airport) and will start with 3-4 months in the office as you ramp-up, eventually becoming a hybrid (3 days a week in office) role.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You’ve got 2-3 years under your belt in sales or a related role such an account executive, recruiter, teacher, journalist, or entrepreneur. You know the ropes, and you’re ready to climb higher.
  • Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication? Top-notch. You can weave a compelling narrative even in a text message and build rapport in your sleep.
  • CRM Wizardry: You’re comfortable with customer relationship management (CRM) software. It’s like your digital sidekick.
  • Problem-Solving Ninja: When life gives you lemons, you make a killer lemonade strategy. You’re quick on your feet and love cracking puzzles.
  • Time Management Guru: Juggling tasks? No sweat. You’ve got this. Time bends to your will.
  • Highly Competitive: You have something to prove and you’ve had a demonstrated history of excelling in sports or hobbies.
  • Eager Learner: Curiosity fuels your fire. You’re hungry for knowledge and growth.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, political sciences or STEM
