The base salary range for this role starts at $165,000. Final compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible to participate in our bonus, a performance-based variable compensation program with a target of 15% of base salary. Variable payouts are not guaranteed and are subject to performance and plan terms.

Who You Are

You are a highly motivated and experienced Staff Product Manager with a passion for Marketing and Advertising technology. You possess a strategic mindset, identify opportunities, and translate them into impactful product initiatives. You excel at solving complex technical challenges, collaborating cross-functionally, and building and scaling platforms that drive business growth. What You Will Do

  • Execute the MadTech Vision: Execute the product strategy and roadmap for our MadTech platform to optimize investor acquisition, leveraging data, automation, and AI.

  • Optimize the AdTech Ecosystem: Serve as our subject matter expert on AdTech (Paid Ads, MMM, and MTA) to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and maximize marketing spend performance.

  • Audience, Segmentation & Journey Optimization: Proven experience with designing and evolving audience segmentation strategies (CDP), customer and investor journeys (ESP), and activation workflows across marketing channels, with a strong ability to use performance data and experimentation to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and conversion outcomes.

  • Drive High-Performance Campaigns: Create a product to enable plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across channels to attract and nurture investors, with a focus on audience segmentation and performance measurement.

  • Drive Innovation and Optimization: Analyze trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization, and leverage data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Success, Agency, Data, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance) to drive product success and ensure alignment.

  • Leverage Data for Impact: Utilize strong analytical skills, including AB testing, to evaluate campaign performance, identify improvements, and inform data-driven decisions, with a focus on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CVR.

What Skills You Need

  • AdTech Expertise: 4+ years of Product Management experience launching and scaling AdTech platforms, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic advertising, and experience with DSPs, DMPs, and Paid Advertising channels (Meta, Google).

  • Marketing Channel Proficiency: Significant experience across various marketing channels and a strong understanding of the investor acquisition journey.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong data analysis skills, experience with ML/AI, and AB testing.

  • Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.

  • Adaptability and Agility: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about product vision and roadmap.

  • Direct and Programmatic Advertising: Deep understanding of both direct and programmatic advertising.
