Your role in our future

Remote opportunity - East Coast or Central time zones

At Quadient, we believe growth starts with a strong sales team. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with potential customers and create opportunities for our sales team. As the first point of contact, you’ll research leads, build relationships, and help prospects understand how our solutions meet their needs.

  • Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, social media, and Salesforce.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with sales executives.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and collaborate with the sales team on next steps.
  • Share insights to improve our lead-generation strategies.
  • Represent Quadient with a deep understanding of our products and customer needs.

Your profile

  • 2+ years in sales or lead generation with a record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grow within a sales and marketing organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous SDR experience and success in meeting quotas.
