What will your typical day look like?
Work you'll do
As a member of the Procurement team, you will be dedicated to the LPS contractor portfolio, that includes 750+ active contractors engaged for client billable projects.
Specific role duties and responsibilities:
• Prepare Independent Contractor agreements and facilitate on-boarding process with the external payroll provider
• Guide and assist internal hiring managers and partners with Independent Contractor and hiring requests
• Liaise with Vendor Management System representatives regarding system issues
• Maintain Independent Contractor SharePoint tracking system
• Confirm new hire, extension, and termination of primarily LPS Independent Contractors
• Generate period reports on Contract Services KPIs
• Laptop returns – coordinate pick up with various mailrooms

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Experience in strategic sourcing execution and negotiation strategy development.
• Project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion.
• Proficiency in agreement and contract templates.
• Experience working independently and in virtual environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams/Office Suite, Fieldglass, and iCertis

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
