What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice, you will lead enterprise architecture and technology strategy engagements for insurance and broader financial-services clients. You will work with senior business and technology leaders to translate growth, customer, operational, and regulatory priorities into target architectures, modernization roadmaps, operating models, and investment decisions.
You will guide multidisciplinary teams through current-state assessments, capability and application portfolio analysis, target-state design, transition planning, and architecture governance. You will bring a pragmatic, technology-agnostic perspective to modernization challenges across core platforms, data, integration, cloud, digital channels, and emerging technologies.
Beyond delivery, you will help grow our FSI and Insurance enterprise architecture portfolio by building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and developing relevant market perspectives. You will mentor practitioners, strengthen our architecture methods, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing practice.
This is a national role, with Toronto preferred given client demand and team concentration. Flexibility to work across Canadian markets and travel for client delivery is expected.
