The role of Client Engagement Coordinator combines engagement management, operational coordination, and client service to deliver seamless, high-quality support to clients in our business tax practice. You will be responsible for leading and managing the entire client engagement lifecycle, overseeing both client and internal operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end client engagement process, from initial setup to file wrap-up.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals, maintaining alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and follow all workflows (client deliverables, billing, client requests) to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Support file wrap-up and ensure all quality measures are met.
- Assist with billing cycle activities, including WIP management, invoice drafting, billing analysis, and collections follow-up.
- Coordinate compliance activities such as contract tracking, year-end reviews, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain trackers and provide regular status updates to teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Draft and review contracts, work orders, emails, and other engagement-related communications.
- Provide upward management by keeping leadership informed and ensuring committed timelines are met.
- Support platform coordination (Intela, Jupiter, Source) including account maintenance, document management, and access requests

You are someone with:
- 3–5 years of experience in engagement management, client delivery, or administrative support
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with client communications, stakeholder management, and professional service excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both a virtual and in person team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
