What will your typical day look like?

This role primarily supports Deloitte’s Purpose & Sustainability (P&S) team in the Executive Office (EO). You will assist in gathering and analyzing impact data from multiple sources, help manage and implement P&S programs, respond to internal and external inquiries, and prepare presentations and supporting materials for the team. You’ll also provide cross-portfolio support to other EO teams including Firm Communications and Firm Management, collaborating with EO portfolio leads on key project implementation. This role suits a detailed-oriented coordinator who enables impact through data, organization, and teamwork.

About the team

The EO is comprised of our Purpose & Sustainability, Firm Communications, and Firm Management teams. The office is responsible for leading our Canadian and Chilean partners and people to drive our collective priorities, high performance culture, and Purpose across the firm – ensuring priorities are integrated and advanced across portfolios and enabling our business and leaders to thrive. Our P&S team empowers and engages all Deloitte people in living our Purpose – together with our clients, communities and people we aim to make a tangible impact on key issues and create a more sustainable and equitable world for all. This role will be part of the EO’s Strategic Services Team.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:

  • Strong analytical skills – Ability to gather, validate, and analyze impact data from multiple sources to support social impact reporting and program measurement.
  • Project coordination experience – Proven skills in managing and implementing projects, with attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.
  • Effective communication – Capable of responding to internal and external inquiries and preparing clear presentations and supporting materials for diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration and teamwork – Experience working across diverse teams and portfolios, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels to achieve shared goals.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset – Demonstrates initiative, accuracy, and reliability in enabling impact through data, organization, and teamwork.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $48,500.00 - $55,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
