Join us in an exciting opportunity to reshape the talent acquisition landscape for the premier professional services organization in Canada. This newly established role involves creating an executive search function, ensuring the success of Deloitte’s leadership talent strategy. It blends senior stakeholder collaboration, hands-on executive-level hiring, and strategic execution to make a significant impact.

What will your typical day look like?

As a key player in our team, you will work closely with senior business leaders across Deloitte Canada, crafting and implementing executive search strategies to align with business objectives. Your day will involve executing searches, conducting market research, and ensuring a robust leadership pipeline. You'll also manage candidate engagement and effectively represent Deloitte’s brand, while utilizing data and analytics to drive impactful results.

About the team

The Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte spans coast to coast, dedicated to bringing exceptional talent to the organization. This role is at the forefront of redefining executive search for Deloitte Canada, integrating strategy, talent identification, and acquisition to propel the organization’s growth and success.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in creating and implementing effective candidate research methodologies and search strategies for senior roles.
  • 3+ years of conducting competency-based interviews or 2 years of full-cycle corporate executive recruiting.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel strategies for sourcing and engaging top talent.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to also execute detailed plans effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity-driven problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative attitude, embracing experimentation and innovation.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
