Summary

Join Deloitte as a User Experience (UI/UX) Advisor on a 1-year fixed term contract, where you will leverage your expertise to design and optimize user-centric digital products and services. You will work collaboratively in an Agile environment, supporting business and technical teams to deliver innovative, accessible, and effective user interfaces that drive value for clients.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Design user-centered interfaces for digital applications and services, ensuring compliance with government directives and accessibility standards.
  • Develop and maintain the information architecture for products and services.
  • Create graphic mock-ups and interactive prototypes, applying usability rules and design principles.
  • Plan and coordinate UI/UX activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advise and support business architecture advisors and product managers (POs) on UI/UX components.
  • Review and refine content from a UI/UX perspective, ensuring clarity and usability.
  • Establish and implement content strategies for digital products.
  • Develop and conduct user tests, analyze results, and synthesize findings for integration into project deliverables.
  • Facilitate customer testing, surveys, and feedback sessions; make insights visible to project stakeholders.
  • Produce key deliverables such as prototypes, models, navigation patterns, user journeys, information architecture diagrams, presentation materials, and other necessary documentation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in user-focused product design and user interface text creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing content strategies for digital products.
  • Proven experience applying graphic and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience using and optimizing tools, libraries, or user interface components.
  • Project experience working in an Agile context.

Asset:

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or a relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education (or equivalent as per government standards).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including:
    • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Designer, After Effects)
    • Figma
    • Sketch
    • Lambdatest

Note: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
