What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager, you will:
• Lead the implementation and optimization using Oracle Cloud capabilities for the clients including any or all the Oracle Cloud Modules such as Manufacturing (Plan-to-Manufacturing), Inventory Management, Cost Management, Maintenance and Service Management modules ensuring alignment with their business objectives and operational strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess clients' supply chain planning and manufacturing, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Maintenance and Service Management processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Design and develop comprehensive Oracle-based Supply Chain Management and Maintenance and Service Management processes, tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' supply chain management operations, identifying potential optimization opportunities, and recommending effective strategies for cost reduction and optimization.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients' teams, facilitating workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing and Oracle Supply Chain Management functionalities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to streamline Inventory, costing and manufacturing operations, enhance cost control, and improve overall productivity.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle solutions within clients' existing systems and infrastructure.
• Lead in testing efforts including unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Participate in all phases of the project life cycle from scoping to post implementation support.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing and other SCM modules such as Inventory, Cost Management, CX advancements, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our consulting services.
• Develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm so that potential sales opportunities are identified.
• Contribute to practice growth by identifying sales opportunities during client engagements, supporting pre-sales activities, and participating in go-to-market strategies.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing direction, oversight, and performance feedback throughout project engagements.
• Support practice development initiatives, including recruiting, developing methodologies, contributing to knowledge bases, and representing the firm at industry events and trade shows.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone who is:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Should have minimum of 8 ~ 12 years of experience in any or all the listed modules - Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and Inventory Management, Cost Management, Maintenance and Service Management with at least 1 ~ 3 years in a Senior Consultant role.
• Should have worked in at least 5 ~ 10 full life cycle implementation experience with at least one of the implementations on Maintenance and Service Management, including Fusion SCM modules.
• Expertise in Oracle Maintenance and Service Management modules, along with relevant Oracle CX capabilities (e.g., Field Service, Service Cloud, and Customer Service functionalities)
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules such as Work in Process, BOM, MES, Quality, etc., experience in Inventory and Procurement modules is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Inventory, Cost Management or Manufacturing Cloud implementation.
• Ability to perform functional analysis, process design, and system configuration.
• Experience in solution design and drafting functional specs and driving the solution.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Mule Soft, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Good exposure in handling data conversion activities.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, etc.
• Oracle Cloud Certifications (e.g., Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory or Cost management modules) would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and technical teams.
• Able to work with onsite and offshore teams including at all levels of the client organization.
• Proven track record in leading and implementing transformation solutions by leveraging Oracle cloud capabilities
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
