What will your typical day look like?


As a member of the Finance team, you will engage in a variety of firm-wide projects that are prioritized for the year. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect with both business and Enabling Area teams, adding a dynamic and collaborative aspect to these initiatives. While these projects are primarily Finance-led, they require input, execution, and change management from various individuals across the firm.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating key risks, engaging with senior leaders to influence outcomes, and driving impactful results. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Process Enhancements: Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Project Management: Leading and managing projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on project goals.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively translate key messages into compelling PowerPoint presentations. You will identify project risks through stakeholder discussions and be an active team member, willing to engage deeply in projects or ad-hoc assignments that may require additional effort.

You are someone who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience in project management, including leading and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders and influence outcomes.
  • Willingness to take on ad-hoc assignments and additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
