What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte’s Claims group is actively seeking a part-time graphic designer to help shape forms and documents. This is an independent contractor or temporary employee position. This is a part-time role but there will be times when the work requires full-time support. For this reason, the ideal candidate would be flexible to put in the extra hours when required.

Project work will include:

• Designing documents as applicable in both English and French (basic understanding of French is helpful, but not required)
• Producing complex forms for print and digital uses through multiple rounds of edits, to completion
• Providing general support to the Senior Manager, Communications as needed

Compensation is on an hourly basis. Please also note the following:

1. As part of the Procom onboarding process, you will be required to pass a background check, which includes a criminal record check. In addition, a background check will be required annually if your contract is renewed.
2. As part of the interview and onboarding process, and to ensure ongoing identity verification, you will be required to:

• show a piece of government issued ID during the interview so we can verify your identity;
• send Procom two pieces of ID; and
• send Deloitte a current photo of yourself which will be used as your profile picture.

3. For scheduled meetings, you may be required to be on video.
4. You must work in Canada at all times. Deloitte will monitor the location from which you connect to our systems.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

• Experience working on formal or legal documents;
• Excellent skills in InDesign and other Adobe products;
• A keen eye for detail and the instinctive ability to find errors;
• Some Accessibility compliance training (ideal, but not required);
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead with empathy;
• An unmistakable drive because you care about the work you do.

We are currently recruiting for an individual who is available for remote project work from April 2025 – July 2025, with the possibility of extension. Remote work must be conducted from within Canada.
