What will your typical day look like?
During your time with us, you will participate in helping both strategic and financial buyers buy or sell businesses through detailed financial diligence. You will also benefit from ongoing learning opportunities to further develop and refine your core and technical skills.
- Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel
- Analyzing financial data, reviewing accounting records and develop financial models in order to assist clients in understanding potential transaction valuations
- Use M&A analytics
- Participate in client presentations
- Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting
- Work with high profile clients on a variety of Canadian and international engagements
About the team
Our Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting professionals enhance value through the delivery of strategic advice and execution services to owner managed mid-market companies, large corporations and financial institutions who are seeking transaction diligence advice that complement their growth strategies.
We work with clients throughout mostly in the diligence phase, as well as with negotiating agreements with our clients’ legal team and closing a transaction.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:
- Working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma in and is available to complete a Summer 2025 Co-op/Internship
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Demonstrates aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as financial analysis or modeling, market research and analysis, project problem diagnosis & solution development
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.)
- To be eligible for this role, you must be graduating in December 2025 or later
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000.00 - $61,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
