What will your typical day look like?
- Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles
- Proven recent experience with agile collaboration tools such as Miro, Teams, Azure Dev Ops, Jira
- Be an active team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong mediation and negotiation skills
- Skill in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
- Demonstrated ability to delivery time-bound projects while leveraging the Agile SDLC framework
- Familiar with data-driven coaching and use of metric to drive improvements.
- Passion for agile methodology and a desire to help teams achieve their full potential.
- Help the product owner to organize the backlog
- Remove impediments / communicate with stakeholders
- Participates in Agile Release Train(s) (ART), Agile team, Scrum of Scrums
- Support and educate Product Owners, especially with respect to refining and maintaining a product backlog.
- Ensure both internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information on team activities.
- Build relationships with other scrum masters to increase the effectiveness
About the team
Our Support Services Team provides end-user support to our diverse base of professionals. The IT Support Services Team is part of the larger Deloitte Management Services organization that delivers internal services to the firm’s practitioners and staff. Our team works as the primary point of escalation for all technology-related issues as well as implementing any new technology landscape for the firm.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years leading Agile teams in an outsourced development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education
- Must have: SAFe certified Agile Practioner/SM, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required;
- Nice to have: Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, PSM II).
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
