What will your typical day look like?

This role will work within a lean, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring our instance stays aligned to our internal best practices. This person should have a strong technical foundation matched with a focus on customer experience and a collaborative spirit and talent for building strong relationships.

In this interesting and diverse role, you will:

  • Utilize best practices for defining business capabilities, understanding core requirements, designing technical solutions, and managing ongoing support.
  • Be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions internally within Deloitte.
  • Manage the ServiceNow release strategy.
  • Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it.
  • Serve as the IT product manager for ServiceNow platform and partner cross functionally to ensure systems integrate and operate as designed and intended to support process execution.
  • Understand system limitations and collaborate with the architects to produce alternate solutions.
  • Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution.
  • Product management or product ownership experience as a technical lead, technical manager, or technology owner.

About the team

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in supervisory or people management functions.
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience with at least 2 of following areas of the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (IT Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), ITAM (IT Asset Management), Virtual Agent/NowAssist.
  • Experience with Integration hub different integration methodologies.
  • The ability and willingness to be hands-on with the platform as necessary to ensure group success.
  • Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe/Scrum) and working with global teams.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in professional services environment or demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
