What will your typical day look like?
As the ServiceNow ITOM Architect you will design, shape and develop our Event Management process and tooling to integrate with our Monitoring Services and CMDB spaces holistically. Specific responsibilities:
- Use or develop skills in many periphery areas including some of the latest ServiceNow technologies such as the ServiceNow Common Data Services Model (CSDM), Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud & Monitoring amongst others.
- Work with diverse teams from varied time zones that will give you the chance to use your negotiation skillsets
- Help foster and champion an outcome based approach to IT Operations Management & data driven decision making to enable our Service Owners to operate their products & services effectively and efficiently

Do you possess the following?:
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing ITOM, Event Management and CMDB solutions in ServiceNow or other relevant enterprise platform
- At least 2 years of experience in designing and architecting within ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated experience with data governance and automation and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on premise solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to varied levels of stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in, understand and manage designs in a customer focused fast paced Process and Delivery team
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, with a strong focus on business outcomes and managing ambiguity
- Flexible work style, hours and telecommuting presence is required as this role interacts with our people globally on a regular basis
- Thorough understanding of Event management process and its best practices
- Ability to design solutions to create increased visibility to anomalies, and reduce excessive noise via effect correlation
- Good understanding of inter-dependent processes (ITSM)
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing ITOM, Event Management and CMDB solutions in ServiceNow or other relevant enterprise platform
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and architecting within ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL and/or Agile certification is an asset
- Experience with providing delightful customer experiences helping people understand and interpret the data needed to operate world class services
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
