About Our Practice

A growing reliance on third-party vendors has reached unprecedented levels for many organizations, leading to a substantial portion of their expenditure being allocated to these external partners. Unfortunately, this heightened dependence, coupled with a large influx of invoices, intricate contract terms, and inadequate technology and controls, has resulted in a concerning issue commonly referred to as contract (or cost) leakage.

As a result, leading organizations now recognize the role contract assurance services can play in ensuring they obtain full value from these relationships. Our Business Partner Assurance (BPA) team leverages proprietary analytic tools, combined with years of practical experience and industry knowledge, to perform vendor audits that result in the identification of cost recovery opportunities and process/control improvements for our clients.

About the team

We have a dynamic team of highly motivated, innovative people working with clients across various sectors to solve some of the most challenging problems organizations face today.

Joining our team, you will:

• Gain exposure to leading subject matter experts and executives, providing valuable insights and industry perspectives.
