What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) seeks a Traffic/Resourcing Lead at Senior Staff level, supporting the Global Brand Agency (GBA) within the Global Brand & Marketing organization. This role will help support and streamline resourcing of our SME’s across our marketing, brand, and communications priorities and all of Deloitte’s external digital channels and audience touchpoints. Our aspiration is to be the experienced and trusted team collaboratively delivering targeted, creative and innovative work that builds our brand, inspires our clients and impacts our business.

This is an end-to-end Campaign Experience Team, who support and elevate the industry and strategic marketing teams of Deloitte, creating and executing high impact marketing campaigns that reach the target audiences and achieve the desired outcomes for the business and brand. The team’s scope of work begins with taking a brief from the business, through to Creative Development, naturally transitioning to Editorial Content, Video Production, Design Strategy, UX, Social Media Strategy and Targeted Media Planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with GBA Creative Channel team leads to support resources on projects and manage them in a resourcing calendar
  • Assist in the balance of resources ensuring the timely delivery of major multichannel, integrated marketing campaigns across Deloitte Global that deliver on the firm’s marketing strategy and objectives. Identifying any gaps in resourcing whilst balancing the Team’s annual leave calendar and demand
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with GBA Leads, Project Managers and team members across creative, editorial, digital, social channels and Publishing. Report and feedback resource constraints and timesheet variances against Pipeline.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of choosing the correct resource for the job at hand, while at the same time maintaining clear turnaround and quality expectations for key tasks. Be able to interpret Project timings and planned work against available resources, supporting Deloitte’s core and network-wide campaigns
  • Attend Project Management meetings and Leads calls to report on status Assist in managing the resources working across world class content aligned to and within specifications powering Deloitte.com, social media content, advertising and other design collateral
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure accurate communication to Leads and allocation of appropriate resources for each project Run a weekly Resourcing Update session with the GBA Leads and Project Management Lead and make sure an online calendar is updated daily

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines.

  • Makes constructive contributions to marketing campaign strategies and objectives by bringing Resource. Management/Traffic Management expertise Understand the firm’s marketing strategy and the Resource/Traffic Management plays in supporting it.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
